objectiveThe object of the game is to be first player to have all their ships travel across the galaxy from launch pad to home base. As ships navigate around the galaxy, they can take advantage of spatial shortcuts using special orbits and the black hole at the center of the galaxy. Ships can destroy enemy ships to gain advantage. setupRemove the lid, parts holder, and the game boards (1 per player). Assemble the game boards by fitting the left (white) orbit rings on top of the right orbit rings on the adjacent board. For 2 player setup, join the boards opposite each other; the black hole is not used with 2 players. For 3 or more player setup place the black hole at the center of the play area. inside the boards. Assign a color to each player, and place the player'smarbles (ships launching a shipA player may move a ship from the launch base to the launch pad by rolling either a 1 or a 6, as long as the launch pad is either empty or is occupied by an enemy ship. If occupied, the enemy ship is sent back to the enemy's launch base. moving a shipOnce a ship is launched, it can be boosted along the flight path, advancing one stop clockwise for each mark on the die. When the ship arrives at the home base it may enter and stay there. While on flight path, enemy ships may destroy the ship if they land on the its location; only the home base is safe from attack. Friendly ships cannot pass each other. A boost cannot be used if it would result in two friendly ships hitting or passing each other. A boost can only be applied to a single ship; the boost cannot be split between ships. In the event a boost (or extra boost) cannot be used the player's turn is over. extra boostAt any point in the game, a player who rolls a 6 boosts a ship by that amount and also obtains a extra boost on the same turn with another roll of the die. This applies for any number of consective extra boost rolls. orbitEntering orbiit provides a shortcut around the galaxy. To enter orbit ,the ship must land exactly on any of the orbit rings. Once in orbit, the ships flight path consists only of the orbit rings, but may exit orbit from any ring as part of the boost. black hole (3+ players)Enter ing the black hole allows ships to remain at a safe location inside of orbit. To enter the black hole, the ship must land exactly from orbit into the black hole; the black hole is one boost away from any orbit. A ship does not have to be in orbit to enter the black hole, but must pass through orbit to land in the black hoe. Any number of ships can safely reside in the black hole, both enemy and friendly. To exit the black hole, the player must roll a 1 or 6. When exiting the black hole, all of the player's ships escape at the same time to any of the orbit locations determined by the player, to either empty orbirts or those occupied by enemies. exampleA player rolls a 6 on the start, which they use to place a ship on the launch pad. Because a 6 is an extra boost, the player rolls again, and rolls one of the following:
